Biography

Kelley is dedicated to providing clients with high quality, personalized legal work. Kelley's diverse practice covers everything from complex real estate transactions to corporate and civil litigation.

Accomplishments

Representation of a variety of clients in connection with real estate and land development transactions. Kelley briefed and argued motions in state and federal preliminary injunction hearings involving patent infringement and trade secret disputes and also advises clients on real estate and land related transactions. Kelley was Capital University's Editor-in-Chief of the Law Review (2003); Order of Barristers (2003); Dean's List Award for outstanding Law Student (2003); National Moot Court Team (2001-2003); Nominee of the Judge Maxwell Heiman Memorial Award, Hartford, Connecticut.
