Biography

K.C. Groves' area of practice is focused in complex commercial litigation of all types. Since 1991, he has successfully represented companies and individuals in jury trials, bench trials, appeals, arbitrations, mediations, regulatory proceedings and litigation-avoidance strategies. Mr. Groves joined Ireland Stapleton in 2001 and has been the Managing Director of the firm since 2004. From 1999 to 2001, Mr. Groves was an attorney in the Denver office of Reinhart Boerner & Van Deuren. From 1991 to 1999, Mr. Groves was an associate and ultimately a partner of Groves & Butcher, LLC.
