Mr. Meegan represents and counsels U.S. and international business owners, franchisees, investors and executives on strategies, issues and agreements involving the formation, growth, management or sale of their business. His corporate practice focuses primarily on counseling clients on complex transactions, such as mergers, acquisitions and shareholder/employee buyouts. Mr. Meegan also counsels business owners in the retention of key employees; growth and protection of business assets; and exit planning process. He regularly provides strategic advice and counsel in transactions involving U.S. and multi-national, middle-market companies including representing several multi-national companies as their outside general counsel; Mr. Meegan is a frequent lecturer for the Colorado Bar Association and other professional organizations on mergers/acquisitions, exit planning and other corporate transactional subjects.
