Ireland Stapleton lawyers help Habitat for Humanity buy new headquarters

Habitat for Humanity of Metro Denver, Inc. completed the acquisition of its new headquarters building June 30, 2010, with the pro-bono assistance of lawyers from Ireland Stapleton.  Russell Kemp and Sarah Benedict worked on the negotiation and closing of the deal, structured as a lease/purchase option, for more than 18 months.

Ireland Stapleton is proud to support the mission of Habitat for Humanity, to build simple, decent and affordable homes financed with no-interest loans.  Russell Kemp serves on the Board of Directors and as Secretary of Habitat for Humanity of Metro Denver, Inc.  Another Ireland Stapleton lawyer, Michael Miller, serves on the Finance and Audit Committee.
